NO VAT – Unlike other companies we DO NOT charge VAT to our Residential customers.

Faults

If you are having problems with your telephone line we can help to diagnose and fix the issues.

If you have reported a fault to your service provider (BT, Sky, Virgin media etc) and they have advised that you have a problem within your property our engineers can identify the fault and fix this accordingly.

If the problem is on the provider’s network we can speak to them on your behalf to assist with a prompt repair.

Installation

We can install new telephone and Ethernet sockets for:

• Telephones
• Sky boxes
• Modems
• Faxes
• We also install data network (Ethernet) sockets for
• Interactive “smart” televisions
• Computers
• Games consoles (PlayStation, XBOX and Wii)
• Even in out buildings, sheds and workshops.

We can move existing sockets to new locations and remove old redundant sockets and cables.

With all of our work we make the job as neat and tidy as if it was our own home.

Broadband

We can set up service provider supplied routers and home hubs.

If you are having problems such as a slow connection speed or your connection dropping out, we can identify if this is an internal problem and resolve this for you.

If the problem is on the provider’s network we can speak to them on your behalf to assist with a prompt repair.
